Slayy Lash & Brow Spa recommends refills one to two times per month and we have developed memberships to compliment this schedule.

The Silver Plan fits a busy lifestyle with 1 refill a month of our Classic Lashes! Stop in every thirty days to enjoy a refill and keep your lashes looking great!



                 $129/ Month

Ideal for clients who want a fill every two weeks.

The Gold Plan keeps your lashes looking super lush throughout the month with 2 Classic refills per month. Come in every couple of weeks to maintain that incredible look you love! Gold Members enjoy 10% off all products and services, including Volume Upgrades!



Memberships include 1-2 refills/month of our Classic Eyelash Extensions. Members are permitted to upgrade to our Volume application for an additional fee – paid at the time of service. Membership fees and credits do not apply for any other services offered at Slayy Lash & Brow however Gold Members do receive a 10% discount on any other selected services – with fees paid at the time of service. Membership credits, if accrued, can be used for the application of another set of full set of Classic Lashes however members are encouraged to use their refills as designed in order to maintain the appearance and health of their lashes. Members may cancel their membership and carry-over credit for 60-days. All membership prices pertain to first-time members only. Salon of membership origin determines membership pricing and cancelled memberships cannot be renewed as a “First Time Member”.

Keep in mind

Contact lenses MUST BE removed during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following
your appointment.

  • Come to your appointment eye makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner
    or eye shadow.
  • Lash extensions MUST NOT contact water, steam or heavy humidity for 24 hrs
    after application.
  • Eyelash extensions CANNOT be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives.
  • Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or
    affecting the eye area in advance.


We all do at some point, so we get it. But please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance
to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancelation Fees

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the service amount half of which will be refunded at your rescheduled appointment. (Granted you fulfill that appointment)

Cancellation Policies

Slayy Lash & Brow Spa, much like many of its partners, has a strict cancellation policy. 

Here are the reasons why we stand behind that decision. 

First, we want to start this topic by thanking our guests.  Without your support, we would not be able to confidently stand behind our policy. It’s unfortunate that such a policy exists. 

 We feel strongly that the guests who visit us repeatedly, respect us as professionals and we’re grateful because this is the regard at which we hold ourselves.  It’s always the case that a few can ruin it for everyone.

This is also why we do not accept personal checks for payment.  And in advance of our explanation of policy, we thank you for understanding and your cooperation in following our cancellation policy. Cancellation Policies Are Everywhere

Our Policy Protects Our Stylists

Did you know that in our industry, most Stylists earn their income by commission?  This means they do not make a salary, they do not get paid hourly.  They earn their living by taking care of the guests in their chair.  If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this doesn’t leave an opportunity for the Stylist to book another appointment.

Our Policy Protects Our Guests

Did you know that at Slayy Lash & Brow, we have at any given moment, three to ten guests waiting on a cancellation list for appointments?  Also, we are booked as an entire team up to three weeks out, especially nights and weekends. We continue to hire, train and grow because of this demand!  So given this demand, we have to enforce our policy to protect those who are eagerly waiting for their appointments.

Our Policy for Brides

Our Services require a 24hr reservation prior to the desired appointment. A 50% non-refundable down payment is due at the time of reservation and some services may include additional fees. 

All Wedding Party & Bridal service appointment cancellations will need to be made 90 days before the scheduled appointment date(s).

Our Policy for Our Everyday Guests

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any group appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). 

Cancellation notices must be given earlier for some services such as for Bridal Packages. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s).

Grace & Exceptions

We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur.  We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace.  Unfortunately we do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. We understand this may come across as shrewd and our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our team and guests.
